I collect watches. I added this one for a variety of reasons. I like the tonneau shape, dual time zone, big date display and quartz swiss movement. The attention to detail is good. Little palm trees adorn the dial and the swirl pattern on the inner dial redirects the light well. The 165′ water resistancy is ok for a light swim or accidental fall into the pool, it is what it is, a nice casual watch. The hands are illuminesant but do not retain light for very long. The watch reminds me of my recent trip to Kona and I am quickly reminded to go back to “Island Time”, relax and enjoy life. Aloha …
